Major Responsibilities

⦁ Set up and operate machine tools to produce components to customer specifications
⦁ Use a variety of machinist’s hand tools and precision measuring instruments

Preferred Skills & Experience

⦁ Certified as a machine operator
⦁ Interpretation of drawings/designs including understanding of tolerances/dimensions
⦁ Learn and use metric programs
⦁ Operate an overhead crane and a forklift in a safe manner
⦁ Create and work with both small and large parts

⦁ Team player who can both work independently and with others as needed
⦁ Very good hand eye coordination and an aptitude for attention to detail
⦁ Comfortable with written and spoken English
